For the CARE Fabreville project, one proposed setup would include centralized reception, file coordination and collaboration among physicians, nurse practitioners and other professionals. Team composition and availability would be confirmed before you move in.
Onboarding could be gradual: a tour, electronic medical record training, then consultation blocks at your preferred pace. Equipment, activities and room availability would be agreed with you as the clinic prepares to open.
A startup offer could itemize space, administrative support and shared services. The billing start date, inclusions, optional fees and arrangements in case of a delayed opening would be established in writing.
