At GMF 3285, one possible model would provide reception support for appointments, administrative file preparation and message follow-up. A coordinator would connect you with colleagues; nursing support would be specified according to the resources actually available.
You could agree on attendance blocks suited to your activities, followed by an introduction to the electronic medical record and clinic procedures. Room access, required equipment and coverage arrangements would be defined during onboarding.
A proposal could separate office and administrative fees from optional services. The amount, calculation method and included services would be set out in a written agreement tailored to your attendance and needs.
